San Jose Sharks captain Logan Couture is continuing to do some light skating but there remains no timetable for him to rejoin the team for practice, let alone play in a game.Couture, 34, missed all of training camp and has yet to play this season with an unspecified lower-body injury. (KRON) – The American Canyon Police Department arrested a 20-year-old man for felony hit-and-run. American Canyon traffic enforcement officers witnessed a vehicle speeding through residential neighborhoods in the rain before crashing into parked cars at over 70 mph. Alleged intoxicated driver arrested by Benicia PD According to police, the driver fled on foot, running through several backyards before being found by ACPD. The driver was identified as 20-year-old Sacramento resident Isaiah Ramirez. According to police investigation, Ramirez is in the Napa Community Youth Diversion Program, which assists youth who are exhibiting at-risk behaviors. Firefighters were able to get the upper hand on a grass fire that sparked near Zoo Miami in Southwest Miami-Dade.Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units responded to the scene of the blaze in the area of Southwest 119th Avenue and 168th Street, just before 1 p.m., Sunday.7News has learned the flames did not affect the zoo.Crews arrived to find about five acres burning. They launched a chopper to drop water on the fire.No injuries have been reported.Firefighters have confirmed the fire is under control. THESSALONIKI, Greece (AP) — Three shepherd dogs escaped from their yard and fatally mauled a 50-year-old Greek woman in her garden Sunday, police said.The attack took place at around 2 p.m. in the village of Neochorouda, about 16 kilometers (10 miles) northwest of the northern city of Thessaloniki, Greece’s second largest.The dogs had escaped through a hole in their owners’ fence about 80 meters (260 feet) away and ran to the woman’s garden, where she was working, police said.A man, who police said is deaf-mute, was assisting the woman with the gardening but was far from her at the moment of attack and could not hear her screams. Neighbors ran to assist the woman and pried the dogs away from her, but she was severely mauled and bleeding profusely.
